Science

My technical background includes a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Food Science and Technology (wine flavor chemistry). I have internship experience in geochemistry, beverage innovation, and polymers.


Wine

I’m passionate about wine chemistry, culture, and appreciation. In addition to my research in wine flavor chemistry, I have trained and competed with Cornell’s blind tasting team and enjoy teaching workshops and hosting tastings. I’m currently working on the dipWSET certification.


Art

I have always loved the intersection of chemistry and creativity which can be explored through baking. I develop recipes, experiment with flavors, and create beautiful pieces for special occasions.
